UNA is a culinary project which consists of creating gastronomical experiences for only 12 people around just one table. The first project kicked off at the St. Pancras Clock Tower and now takes place around London.
UNA represent a strong desire to promote the cultural diversity of Argentine cuisine and will consist of a journey through the whole region. The different dishes will be linked to traditional ingredients featuring classical dishes and some more conceptual. While the kitchen of UNA is working for just one table, the guests will have the gastronomic experience of being attended to exclusively. A Chef’s table of 12 places generates an intimate and exclusive atmosphere accomplishing that the guests may feel they are at home whilst at the same time in a restaurant environment.
