Martín’s concept of an ideal restaurant is clear: Just one table. Just twelve people. In the last two years, he has travelled through Europe visiting the kitchens of such establishments ‘Berasategui’, ‘El Celler de Can Roca’, ‘Viajante’, ‘Fundación Alicia’, and others, with this idea in mind.
notizie forex Martín Milesi has more than 20 years experience working as a Chef. He has worked in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and a number of European countries, including the UK. He has also taught gastronomy at the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy (IAG), partner of L’Ecole LeNotre of Paris and the Argentine Business University (UADE), specialising in the History of Argentine Food. Martín also founded the restaurant ‘Raíz” in Buenos Aires. He also currently gives lectures on the gastronomical history and culture of Argentina and Latin America – most recently he gave a class at the Argentine Embassy in London, for Argentine restaurant owners, on the influence of the UK on the Argentine meat sector. Martín is also a professional illustrator.
