UNA’s menu represents a strong desire to promote the cultural diversity of Latin American cuisine and consists of a journey throughout the whole region. The different dishes will be linked to traditional ingredients from Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil and Mexico, amongst other countries, featuring classical dishes and some, more conceptual.
