If we start from the significant base that Art is a way to modify people’s state of mind.
If we trust that through food, in a unique context, we can achieve it.
If to create a dish we not only need to know how to cook, but rather cling to intangible INSIGHTS such as love, nostalgia, origins, memories, passion, the desire to be better, giving.
To give or not to give, that is the question.
If we assume that Gastronomy allows us to accredit these paragraphs, how DARE TO CALL ART TO A RESTAURANT, A DISH, A DINER?
WE ARE BRAVE ENOUGH TO BELIEVE THAT UNA IS A PIECE of art.
We always FELT THAT.
As a result of this philosophy, we were invited by the Crossroads Art Show, an exhibition opened at the Old Truman Brewery in October 2016 during Frieze week.
Crossroads was a niche fair, with approximately 50 international galleries and special projects that have been handpicked by a team of renowned curators. A fresh, multicultural and accessible fair, Crossroads presented the most current artistic trends in a relaxed and convivial setting. An opportunity to experience the highest quality contemporary art by established and emerging artists, from a multitude of backgrounds and spanning different generations, who share a desire for breaking with the status quo and exploring new realms, new forms and new ideas.
And through a unique experience, we make people HAPPIER THAN A WHILE A AGO.
OUR TABLE IS MAGIC.
AND WE GET BEAUTIFUL RESULTS THROUGH FOOD AND CREATIVITY.
